For businesses, venues & brands

Your place.
Their takes.

You make the experience. People share what it was like. Claiming your existing Experience is how you’ll add your official voice to the conversation.

Start with the right Experience

Already part
of the story?

Find your Experience in PicPols first, then tell us how you’re connected to it. A claim request does not create a new business page or automatically grant operator access.

What can be claimed?

Food & Places — an existing Experience linked to your location.

Things — an existing Experience linked to your brand or product.

Moments stay community-owned and cannot be claimed.

Claim requests are not open yet.You can fill out and review this form. Nothing is sent or saved, and no account is created.
01 Find the existing Experience

Have you found it in PicPols?

A few good questions.

What if I can’t find my Experience?

Check its name, location, and any alternate names in PicPols. An Experience needs to exist and be community-confirmed before it can be claimed. This form won’t create one.

What if there are duplicates?

Include the alternate names or links in your request. The intended review process uses aliases and merges to keep one canonical Experience, rather than creating competing pages.

Does a claim change what people can say?

No. People keep their opinions and privacy. The operator role adds official details and public responses; it does not transfer control of community content.
